A standout example of Corporate and Internal Communications is my tenure as Communications Manager at Endemol Shine Brasil, where I launched transformative initiatives that continue to shape the company's culture today. One of the most impactful was the "Produza Como Uma Garota" (Produce Like a Girl) campaign for International Women's Day—a movement that not only reinforced company values but also empowered employees through meaningful storytelling. The campaign’s success was undeniable, attracting over 90,000 users to Endemol Shine Brasil’s social media channels and driving an impressive 2.5 million in hashtag awareness—establishing it as a company tradition that lives on.
